Welcome to the Bates family blog! Gil and Kelly have been married since 1987 and have nineteen children. Twelve of their children have been married. One of their children are in a courtship. They have twenty-eight grandchildren with four on the way. They have four children and eight grandchildren in heaven.

Happy Valentine's day!
Happy Valentine's day to the Bates family and all of the fans! Today marks Zach and Whitney's second Valentine's day as husband and wife. Today also marks Bradley's first Valentine's day. Today marks Chad and Erin's second Valentine's day as husband and wife. Today also marks John and Alyssa's first Valentine's day as husband and wife.
