Welcome to the Bates family blog! Gil and Kelly have been married since 1987 and have nineteen children. Twelve of their children have been married. One of their children are in a courtship. They have twenty-eight grandchildren with four on the way. They have four children and eight grandchildren in heaven.

Zach's blog: Touchdowns and Turkeys
I always look forward to our annual Thanksgiving football game. Although I’m now married (and on the losing team this year!) it is one of my fondest memories from Thanksgiving at Papa Bill and Mama Jane’s. How about those skills coming from Trace?! I see a football career in his future. Aside from football, I enjoyed spending some quality time with my wife Whitney, son Bradley and my grandparents. How special it was to introduce Bradley to his great grandparents.
