Recap: Summer of Love

Erin takes Katie, Carlin and Tori out for ice cream. They have a little girl talk about boyfriends and Erin's matchmaking skills. The girls about pairing the pairing the boys some girls.

Nathan reveals that he is currently single right now but currently has some friends right now that he doesn't see. Erin thinks that Lawson needs to wait for a few more years right now. Lawson says that he is focusing on his music right now. Trace reveals that he is currently in college and still single as well.
Gil and Kelly give an update on the married couples. Chad and Erin recently got twin goats. Addie begs her mom to let them have goats. Zach is not sure about adding all these animals into the house. Erin says that it works for them since she grew up with a family of 19.

Kelly says that she wants goats but Gil doesn't want them.

The Bates are heading to the wedding of Kelly's mother and her groom-to-be. John and Alyssa could not coming due to the baby's arrival. Whitney and the kids did not come since Zach had to work. Chad had to work so he was unable to come.

Kelly talks about her step-father and how hard things were for her mother. She recently met a man named Tom and they got married. Kelly loves that her mother is so happy with Tom.

It's now time for the rehearsal dinner. Bobby shows up and the couple starts to practice for the song that they will be singing at the wedding. They end up laughing during the time.

The girls take photos with the bride. Kelly is truly happy for her mother. The guests gather for the ceremony.

Bobby says that they don't think that they are going to be able to wait for that long.

March recap

Not much has happen for the Bates family besides the grandbabies turning a month older! 

On Bringing Up Bates, we got to meet Carlin's friend, Evan Steward. The Bates family went to the mountains. Also that there will be a season 6!

New Bringing Up Bates tonight!!!

Tonight is a brand new episode of Bringing Up Bates! 

 The family heads to finish their basketball hoop while Carlin and Josie head to get their wisdom Teeth pulled.

Earlier today, we announced season six starts on June 1st with 13 brand new episodes.

Up TV has released this press release!

In the new season of Bringing Up Bates, it’s a summer of love for the family. From Carlin’s blooming relationship (will it become a courtship?) to Tori’s deepening bond with Bobby (will it end in a proposal?) to someone getting married in the premiere (who will it be?), love is blooming for the Bates. And lately, their simple rural lifestyle in Tennessee is in a flurry of transitions as this remarkable and ever-expanding family continues to navigate life’s trials and triumphs. Erin and Chad get pygmy goats, Jeb and Jud take Martial Arts classes and Jackson gets his learner’s permit. Meanwhile, Bobby graduates from college and contemplates moving from Florida to Tennessee to be closer to Tori, and Nathan pursues his dream to be a pilot instructor.

Season Six is on the way!

We are so excited to share that UP TV has announced that there will be a season six coming this summer. The network already has a premiere date of June 1st with thirteen new episodes!

The Big 30!

In three weeks from today, Chad Paine will be celebrating his 30th birthday with his family and friends. 
 

All about Evan

This morning, we shared A relationship update and Photos of Carlin and Evan where we promise to have more information and we have some for you! 

He lives in Nashville, Tennessee with his family. He is the 5th child. He has four sisters and one little brother. He is currently 21 years old. His birthday is August 24, 1995.

We are so excited for Evan and Carlin after they both announced that they are boyfriend and girlfriend. 

 Evan surprised his girlfriend with gifts and Carlin was very happy to share them on her family's Instagram. 

 

A relationship update

Right after Mass-something, Both Carlin and Evan shared that they are now boyfriend and girlfriend. They have yet to announced that they are in a courtship yet. Up TV has revealed that on April 13th, we will learn more about Evan and Carlin's relationship.

We will keep you update on this growing relationship.

Carlin and Evan are currently in the pre-courtship stage where they are getting to know each other. 

We will have more about Evan and his family soon.

All about Lexi: Two months old

Lexi Mae is growing up way to fast. She is already two months old. We just found out that her birth episode will air in April right around her sister's second birthday! 

This past month, the family released a new video of Lexi Mae which we shared on our youtube channel.

How Carlin and Evan meet?

Carlin and Evan met five years ago but they were recently reunited at a ladies banquet. Carlin admits that they like each other and working on getting to know each other but nothing is official just yet.

New video of Allie Jane!

Alyssa posted a new video on her oldest daughter, Allie Jane. Allie will be celebrating her second birthday in a few weeks.

Recap: Mass-a-something

The family heads to Massanutten Resort for their ski lessons. Gil is the only ones that knows what he is doing so for the rest of family, it's something new.
Kelly wants her little ones to wear many layers but Gil says that they are going to be hot like a firecracker on fourth of July.
Kelly begins to worried when Michael informs her mother that someone had died from the chair lift making the mom a little nervous about their kids safety.
It takes the family about an hour to get their gear. Most of them are ski and the older boys are snowboarding.
Bobby and Carlin's friend, Evan, joins the family during this trip. Carlin reveals that they are just getting to know each other but are not official as of yet. (See Carlin and Evan's blog update). Trace also brings a friend Campbell Roberts and she says that Trace did wonderful.
Kelly is a nervous Nelly and they all did wonderful. Kelly made sure that the attendant would stop the lift so she can get off slowly.
Nathan had flight school that day and did not arrive until later that night. He is currently taking test to earn his license.
Judson reveals that the next morning he hurt his heinie as the family goes tubing. Kelly teaches Nathan everything that she learned the day before. Kelly reveals that she learned how to fall before she hurt anyone.  Nathan picks up the ski lesson very quickly and reveals that his mother is incredible teacher and happy that he got the lesson from his mother.
Erin reveals that everyone is sad when it is time to go home since they were having fun. Gil is happy that his wife did not give up and he thinks that they are going to go back.

Two months until Anniversary

John and Alyssa are just two months away from celebrating their third wedding anniversary.
