Baby Boy's Name reveal

We are so excited to share that Chad and Erin have share their baby boy's name. 

They are planning to name him Henry Blythe. 

They did share that they are due in September but think the baby will be here by late August/early September.

 A few hours ago, we shared the news that Baby Paine is a boy and now it's time to share the video with you all.

We are so exited to share that Chad and Erin are expecting their third son.

Grandbaby Paine Name Reval

We are so excited to share the name that Chad and Erin have picked for their little boy.

His name will be William Gage Paine. William comes from Erin's father and grandfather. 

Grandchildren part 3

Back in April 2023, We created this cover before Chad and Erin announced that they were expecting baby #6. 

The count will be at twenty-seven grandchildren. You can check out who is the parents of these beautiful grandbabies in part one and part two. 

We will be updating this cover in September 2023 when baby Girl and Ryker have arrived.

Chad and Erin are due to welcome their newest little one in December 2023 and it's a baby boy.

The 9th grandson on the way

We are so excited to share that the Bates will be two new grandson come this September and December!

Five grandbabies in 2023

This year will be the Bates Grandbabies birth year! 

The family has already welcomed two little ones. Travis and Katie have welcomed their daughter, Hailey James, in February 2023. John and Alyssa have welcomed their son, Rhett Alan, in March 2023.

The family is expecting three grandchildren due in August, September, and December 2023.

Trace and Lydia are due to welcome their baby boy on September 26th. 

Chad and Erin are due to welcome their little on December 6th but will most likely welcome their little one in early November.

Chad and Erin just announced if their sixth child will be a boy or a girl and we thought that you would enjoy this way of announcing it.

They are going to have a boy! Carson has been the only son of Chad and Erin since May 2015.

I grew up learning a lot from Mama Jane and I take after her in a lot of ways, especially in the kitchen! I miss being around my family day in and day out so Thanksgiving was very special for me this year. I love helping in the kitchen, and of course, I love organizing (someone has to!) so I loved giving a helping hand wherever one was needed. I also loved Erin’s idea for the cake reveal! What a great, fun way for us all to find out that Erin and Chad are welcoming a little baby boy. One more Bates to love and cherish. We truly are blessed.

Recap: A Big Bates Thanksgiving

Erin heads to find out the gender of her baby. They have the doctor write on a piece of paper where she can give it to her cousin Katherine who will make a cake that has either pink or blue inside. "I am a super curious person, especially when it comes to what my baby is," says Erin.
As the family gets ready for the Thanksgiving dinner in South Carolina which is Mama Jane and Papa Bill's house. Gil's parents are getting ready to feed a dozen family members. Gil's parents have lived in their farm since Gil was in third grade and now his brother and sister live in their own house and have a big yards. The family arrives at the house and are greeted by Mama and Papa Bates along with John and Alyssa who arrived the day before.
Callie accidentally slams her little brother's fingers in the door and then they head to play a game of football. Zach gets hurt thanks to Nathan putting his knee out. None of the family ends up at the hospital so they are thankful. When Gil was growing up, he loved playing sports. Gil had a hard time putting Christ before sports and now that he has kids, he wants them to put Christ before they do anything else.
The family gets ready to do their family photos and they wear matching outfits that have purples, blues, and grays. Chad has done many of the family photos over the years.
Bill and Jane decided to rent a tent since their house is not big enough to accommodate their family. The family ends up moving inside since it's cold. The family goes around and shares what they are thankful for.
The family gets ready for the gender reveal since Erin had her cousin make. They revealed that they are having a baby boy. Everyone is excited about the second grandson coming into the world.

The next morning, the family leaves to visit John and Alyssa who left the day before to get ready. Brandon and Michaella have to get back to work and home so they stay at Papa Bill and Mama Jane's house until the next morning.
The family knows that next year will be different. Zach thinks that Bradley will have another sibling and Whitney is not ready for it. Nathan thinks that there will be a couple more spouses or girlfriends while Lawson says that he is not getting married before next Thanksgiving.
