We need to give a social media update following Kelly and Lawson's warnings about facebook pages and groups posting false information about the family.
Even through we have said since day one on this blog, that we are not the Bates family or any of their relatives. There is a group on facebook posting false information about the family.
I must say that our page has never and will never ask you for money. I know right now it is very upsetting to hear that a facebook page did this.
We ended up having to change our facebook page from the Bates family blog to the Bates family fan blog in hopes that it will not confuse the fans. On Wednesday night, both our facebook and instagram page were taken down but was quickly reinstall. We also have to share that our instagram sadly was prementally banned on Thursday. We are not sure if we will ever create another instagram. We work so hard to post true information about the family. The family does know about our instagram and facebook.
That's really sad to hear. I'm grateful for this website and your honesty in the news you share about the family. There are some cruel and judgmental comments sometimes that I wish you wouldn't allow,but for the most part,especially on this particular website, most people are kind.
