Welcome to the Bates family blog! Gil and Kelly have been married since 1987 and have welcomed nineteen children. Twelve of their children are married with two children engaged to be married. They have forty grandchildren with two foster grandchildren.

I'd like to say welcome to the world but you're far to young and innocent to be welcomed into such an uncertain sometimes cruel and uncaring world, so to keep you away from life's uncertainty I know you'll remain safe and innocent under the wings of your grandparents, parents, aunts and uncles, neices and nephews xxx
