Welcome to the Bates family blog! Gil and Kelly have been married since 1987 and have nineteen children. Twelve of their children have been married. One of their children are in a courtship. ReplyDeleteQuestion for Kelly! So I have 5 kids and homeschooling for us is a chore! I'm mentally exhausted by the end of the day! How do you homeschool 19 and stay calm? Do you do unschooling or a full lesson plan like abeka curriculum? Right now I have ages 11, 10, 8, 5 and 2. I start out doing homeschool with the two 4th graders and integrate my 2nd grader eventually once I get the 4th graders going and then at the end of the day I teach my kindergartener. And my 2 year old he's another story trying to keep him off the table and out of stuff while I try to teach. I seriously feel it's a circus or a monkey show most days! Would love your advice!
