February recap!

All about Lexi: One month old

It's been one month since John and Alyssa welcomed their second daughter into the world. This past month, she celebrated her first Valentine's day with her family.


Now that she is one month old, her updates will be monthly so we will see you for month two.

Whitney on the kids milestones

 Ok, so day 1 & 2 of this whole potty training thing was a little rough😳😂 but he caught on quick & is now on his 6th day of big boy underwear & doing awesome😛🙌🏼 We're so proud of the milestones our babies have reached this week, but sad to see time going by so quickly. It seems like just yesterday they were born & we were thinking about what their little life & personality was going to be like. Now Kaci Lynn is crawling and Bradley is using a big boy potty.. all within the SAME week😭 Talk about an emotional momma😂 I think I secretly cry almost every time he comes and tells me he needs to go😅#wheredidmybabygo😩 #growingup#emotionalmommy

Preview: Sweet Home Spartanburg

Kelly Jo takes the whole family back to her hometown, Spartanburg SC, to continue her milestone birthday celebration; Kelly Jo shows the kids the house she grew up in, her high school alma mater and introduces them to her childhood friends.

All about Kaci: Eight Months old

In just four months, Kaci Lynn will be one! This past month since our last update, she got a new baby cousin named Lexi Mae was born on January 26th.

She celebrated her first Valentine's day with her family. She got to meet her new little cousin during the family's I love you day on Saturday! 

Double special day!

Friday marked both Jackson and Addallee's birthdays so the family shared a special message for the birthday twins.

Yesterday was a double special day cause it was Jackson & Addee's birthday! Jackson it's hard to believe you've grown up and are old enough to get a permit!! You have become one of the most diligent people with your hands, and I love that you are willing to pour hours into projects you make just to be able to give them as gifts. That sort of thoughtfulness is hard to find. Thank you for your diligence!! ❤ AAddee, there's just not a sweeter person on earth! You're probably one of the best little baby holders and helpers around, but on top of your willingness to lend a hand, that smile just brightens my world! Jackson turns 15

Jackson shares his birthday with his little sister, Addallee who is turning 11!

Happy Birthday Addallee!

Today marks Addalle's birthday. She is turning 11 today. 

 

Last season, the family shared that Addallee was their smallest little one and got a second chance at life. 

She is a true blessing to have.  

Believe it or not she shares her birthday with her older brother, Jackson. It's also hard to believe that the family has eight family members that share a birthday together.

Recap: Shakeups, Steak, and showtime

Lawson is happy to get a bunch of his new CDs. He knows that it's something special to get your product on a disk. Lawson is just praising the Lord that they have arrive. Lawson is getting ready for his charity concert in Knoxville for the Children's hospital. 

Now that Zach and Whitney are heading to Ye Olde Steak house where Gil and Kelly would go to celebrate when they had a new baby in their home. Zach and Whitney are getting ready to celebrate their third wedding anniversary. Zach decided to switch from the night shifts to the day shifts. Bradley is always excited for his dad to come home. 

Whitney recalls, when they first got married, Zach asked her if he could be a cop and at first she thought no way but now she can't imagine her husband doing anything else but being a cop. Zach loves his job and having a family to come to.

Emily is not able to make the concert so Lawson asks his sister, Carlin, to sing at the parts. Carlin doesn't think that she will be able to fill her shoes but her brother believes in her. The concert is in the evening and the music is schedule in 45 minutes. The computer goes down and the family and friend are having issues with scanning the tickets.  Both Gil and Kelly say that it was a lot of confusion because of the computer issues.

The shows manages to start and everyone is hyped up. Lawson ends up forgetting a few words to one of his songs but manages to move past it. Lawson is happy that people are enjoying themselves. The duet ends up being really great. Lawson actually brings up AJ and other kids up to sing "Jesus loves me" and they do really good.

Gil is happy that the kids are singing and encouraging them during that moment. Zach says that he is proud of his little brother. He knows that the hardest person to impress is his big brother and Lawson has done that above and beyond.

18 months of marriage!

It's hard to believe that Brandon and Michaella have been married for the past eighteen months.

 We can look back at their courtship announcement, engagement announcement, their wedding day blog, and last but not least their first year anniversary! 

We will see you in August 2017 for their second year of marriage!

All about Carson: 21 months old

Carson is now 21 months old and that means he only has three more months until his 2nd birthday. He just got a new cousin within the last month.
