Who is the parents

We have been getting a lot of questions about who is the parents of certain grandchildren, we do have an all about grandchildren tab that features all forty grandchildren.

Brandon and Michaella have been married since August 2015. They have two foster boys currently ages 4 and 1. 

Jackson and Emerson have been married since October 2023. They have welcomed their son Dakota in July 2025.

Kelton and Josie have been married since October 2018. They welcomed their first child (Willow) in July 2019. They welcomed their second child (Hazel) in June 2021. They welcomed third child (Miles) in February 2024. They welcomed their fourth child (Brooks) in December 2025

Lawson and Tiffany have been married since May 2021. They welcomed their first child (William) in July 2024. They welcomed their second child (Theodore) in December 2025.

Nathan and Esther have been married since October 2021. They welcomed their first child (Kenna) in October 2022. They welcomed their second child (Graham) in October 2024.

Trace and Lydia have been married since October 2022. They welcomed their first child (Ryker) in September 2023. They welcomed their second child (Kaia) in June 2025.

Travis and Katie have been married since December 2021. They welcomed their first child (Hailey) in February 2023. They welcomed their second child (Harvey) in September 2024.

Evan and Carlin have been married since May 2019. They welcomed their first child (Layla) in January 2020. They welcomed their second child (Zade) in March 2022. They welcomed their third child (Navy) in September 2025.

They welcomed their third child (Khloe) in November 2019. They welcomed their fourth child (Jadon) in June 2021. They welcomed their fifth child (Lily) in August 2023. They recently welcomed their sixth child (Ella) in April 2026.

John and Alyssa have been married since May 2014. They welcomed their first child (Allie) in April 2015. They welcomed their second child (Lexi) in January 2017. They welcomed their third child (Zoey) in March 2018. They welcomed their fourth child (Maci) in February 2021. They welcomed their fifth child (Rhett) in March 2023.

Chad and Erin have been married since November 2013. They welcomed their first child (Charles) in May 2015. They welcomed their second child (Brooklyn) in August 2016. They welcomed their third child (Everly) in March 2018. They welcomed their fourth child (Holland) in November 2019. They welcomed their fifth child (Finley) in January 2022. They welcomed their sixth child (William) in October 2023. They welcomed their seventh child (Henry) in August 2025.

Updated GrandBates born in February

In case you missed the birth announcement of Gage Turner. He was born in February 2026.

1. Gage Smith is the son of Bobby and Tori Smith. He will celebrate his first birthday on February 28th.

2. Hailey Clark is the daughter of Travis and Katie Clark. She celebrates her birthday on February 17th.

3. Miles Balka is the son of Kelton and Josie Balka. He celebrates his birthday on February 21st.

4. Maci Webster is the daughter of John and Alyssa Webster. She celebrates her birthday on February 9th.

GrandBates born in March

GrandBates born in December

At the beginning of December, the Bates family had no grandbabies born in December and now they have two grandsons born and just days apart.

* Theodore Bates is the son of Lawson and Tiffany Bates. He was born on December 9th

* Brooks Balka is the son of Kelton and Josie Balka. He was born on December 6th.

GrandBates born in November

There are only three Grandchildren birthdays in the month of November! 

1. Khloe Bates- daughter of Zach and Whitney Bates. Born on November 7th

2. Kade Smith- son of Bobby and Tori Smith. Born on November 9th

3. Holland Paine- daughter of Chad and Erin Paine. Born on November 26th

Now that the Bates family has added one more grandchild into the month of September, it's time to update it.

Grandbabies born in October

 The Bates family has three grandchildren born in the month of October with two on the way. 

Granddaughters vs Grandsons

The Bates grandsons are catching up to the Bates granddaughters. The Bates have ten grandsons with two on the way due July and October. The Bates have eighteen granddaughters.

Bradley, Carson, Kade, Kolter, Jadon, Zade, Rhett, Ryker, William, and Miles. They also have two more on the way.

Allie, Kaci, Brooklyn, Lexi, Zoey, Everly, Willow, Khloe, Holland, Layla, Maci, Hazel,  Charlotte, Finley, Cambree, Kenna, Hailey, and Lily. 

At the current moment, we do not know what Tori and Esther are having. 

Who is their parents?

Yesterday, we shared our Twenty-six grandchildren and counting and today we are sharing who are their parents. 

Up first is Zach and Whitney's children, Bradley (almost 9), Kaci (7), Khloe (almost 4), Jadon (2), and Lily (almost 3 months).

John and Alyssa's children: Allie (8), Lexi (6), Zoey (5), Maci (2), and Rhett (7 months old).

Chad and Erin's children: Carson (8), Brooklyn (7), Everly (5), Holland (almost 4), Finley (1), William (due December 2023)

Bobby and Tori's children: Kade (almost 5), Kolter (3), Charlotte (2), Cambree (1), and baby Smith (due 2024)

Evan and Carlin's children: Layla (3) and Zade (1)

Kelton and Josie's children: Willow (4), Hazel (2), and Baby Balka (due March 2024)

Nathan and Esther's child: Kenna (1)

Travis and Katie's child: Hailey (eight months old)

Trace and Lydia's child: Ryker (1 month old) 

Twenty-six grandchildren and counting

It's hard to believe that the Bates family is about to have twenty-nine grandchildren in the coming weeks.

Now that Ryker and Lily have been born, we thought that it was a perfect time for the grandbabies pictures to be updated. 

We updated it back in April back when the Bates family had just twenty-four grandchildren and now they have twenty-six grandchildren with three on the way.

Chad and Erin are expected to welcome their son into the world in early November.

Neither Tori or Josie have announced if their babies are a boy or girl. But don't worry, we will be updating it as soon as they are born.

24 grandchildren and counting

It's time to release our newest grandchild cover.

The current count for the Bates grandchildren is twenty-four grandchildren with two on the way due in August and September.

The Granddaughters count is currently 17 with one on the way due in August. 

The Grandsons count is currently seven with one on the way due in September. 

Busy Birthday week

We have a very busy week for the Bates grandchildren starting tomorrow.

Who will have the 25th grandchild?

 The Bates family have welcomed twenty-two grandchildren and are expecting two more grandbabies on the way. For those that don't know who is expecting, it's Alyssa and Katie.

Now we needed to add that Chad and Erin just welcomed a new baby girl in January 2022. Evan and Carlin just welcomed a new baby boy in March 2022. Bobby and Tori just welcomed a new baby girl in August 2022. Nathan and Esther just welcomed a new baby girl in October 2022. 

21 grandchildren and counting

It's been a year since we posted 18 grandchildren and counting18 grandchildren and counting. Many grandchildren have been born and there three more on the way!

It's hard to believe in October 2014, the Bates family welcomed their first grandchild into the world. 

As you can tell that the Bates family has a lot of babies in the family right now with three more on the way

Nathan and Esther are due to welcome the 22nd grandchild in just a few weeks.

Zach and Whitney have four children: Bradley (7), Kaci (6), Khloe (2), and Jadon (1)

John and Alyssa have four children: Allie (7), Lexi (5), Zoey (4), Maci (1) and they are expecting their 5th baby in April 2023.

Nathan and Esther are due to welcome their daughter, Kenna Joy, in the coming weeks. 

Travis and Katie are expecting the Bates grandchild #24 who is due in March 2024.

Three couples are expecting babies. Nathan and Esther are due in October 2022. Travis and Katie are due in March 2023. John and Alyssa are due in April 2023.

The second cover has Layla (2), Maci (1), Hazel (1), Charlotte (1), Finley (9 months old), Cambree (2 months), Kenna (due October 2022), and Hailey (due March 2023)

John and Alyssa do not know the gender of their baby. The baby could be the Bates granddaughter #18 or Bates grandson #7.
