six weeks until baby boy
Just six more weeks until baby boy will be here.
John and Alyssa have announced his name will be Rhett Alan.

Baby watch for Everly
Erin is currently 34 weeks and one day pregnant. In the past, Erin has given birth around 36 weeks pregnant with her children. We are starting our baby watch a little bit early.

34 weeks pregnant
In just two weeks, we will be starting our weekly blogs until the baby is born. In Case that you have missed it, John and Alyssa announced their daughter's name on December 7th.
This week, the baby is 4 3/4 and is the size of a cantaloupe. The baby is almost 18 inches long. Her fat layers are filling her out and making her round. Her skin is smoother than ever. Her central nervous system is maturing. Her lungs are still maturing right now.
If Alyssa goes into pre-term labor, the baby will have no other health problems. She might need a short stay in neonatal nursery if she have short-term health issues.
We will see you again in two weeks!

34 weeks pregnant
In just six weeks, Chad and Erin are due with their daughter however she will be here within a week or so.
how did Brooklyn's name come about?
Chad reveals that Erin loved the name Brooklyn and he loved the name Elise.
It has been awhile since we did stats of the baby's size. The baby weighs about 4 3/4 pounds and is the size of cantaloupe. She is almost 18 inches long.
Many of you have been asking if Brooklyn is born before 37 if she will have any health problems. She could need a short stay in the nicu but it's unlikely.
Erin revealed on Thursday night's chat that she is counting down the days until baby Brooklyn is here.
Do you think that we will have another pregnancy update next week? Or will there be a birth announcement?

John and Alyssa are 34 weeks pregnant with their first child. We only have 6 more weeks until Allie arrives!
