Welcome to the Bates family blog! Gil and Kelly have been married since 1987 and have nineteen children. Twelve of the children are married. They have thirty-three grandchildren with five on the way. They have two foster grandchildren.

Update August birthdays and anniversary cover
Now that Bobby and Tori have welcomed their daughter into the world, we can release our newest August birthdays and anniversary cover.
The Bates now have another double birthday. Callie is not the first one to have her birthday with her niece or nephew. Her older sisters Alyssa and Carlin share their birthdays with Allie and Kade.
As far as the grandbabies birthdays, Cambree joins her older cousin Brooklyn.
