It seems like the kids are spilling the beans about the courtship in the courtship. Both Callie and Trace revealed their brother's status.
Now both the family and the Network have not made the official comment but we expect it should be really soon!
Welcome to the Bates family blog! Gil and Kelly have been married since 1987 and have nineteen children. Twelve of their children have been married. One of their children are in a courtship. They have twenty-eight grandchildren with four on the way. They have four children and eight grandchildren in heaven.
I'm really surprised that they've waited this long! They must realize that everyone pretty much knows that Nathan and Ashley are together. On the other hand, I can understand them wanting to wait until it's really serious. I don't think they announced any of the courtships until it had become really clear that they were heading in an engagement/marriage direction. And when Josiah Duggar announced his courtship super early I really thought he jumped the gun and announced it too early. The Bates are probably trying to avoid that sort of think from happening to them. I really wish they'd go ahead and announce it though because the anticipation is driving me crazy!! :)
