Welcome to the Bates family blog! Gil and Kelly have been married since 1987 and have nineteen children. Twelve of the children are married. They have thirty-five grandchildren with three on the way. They have two foster grandchildren.
William is now twelve months old as of Saturday!
This past month, he celebrated his first Fourth of July! We shared new photos of the little man with his parents and grandparents.
We can't believe that he is a year old and we will see you again when he is 18 months old in January 2026.
Weston just celebrated his first birthday yesterday!

His last two updates will be at eighteen months old and twenty-four months old. We will be doing an update when he turns 10 years old.
Miles is one year old!
This past month, he celebrated his first Valentine's Day!

Shortly before he turned eleven months old, his aunt (Katie) welcomed his younger cousin and a few days later, his aunt (Esther) welcomed his younger cousin.
Our next update will be when he turns 18 months old.
Ryker is now twelve months old!

Shortly after his birth, he has four younger cousins on his mother's side. He celebrated his first Easter, Thanksgiving, and Christmas with his family.
