Welcome to the Bates family blog! Gil and Kelly have been married since 1987 and have welcomed nineteen children. Fourteen of their children are married. They have forty grandchildren with two foster grandchildren.
It's time to start Teddy's All about Theodore!
He was born on December 9, 2025! Lawson and Tiffany announced his birth on January 11, 2026.
On January 15th, Lawson and Tiffany announced that their son weighed 6lbs and 10oz. He was 18.5 inches long. He was born at 12:43 pm
Brooks is now one month old.
This past month, he celebrated his first Christmas and New Years with his family
Henry is now one month old!
Since his birth, his parents announced his birth at just two days old. He did end up going to the NCIU for a few days following his birth. He was able to go home with his mother and father.

Trace and Lydia's daughter is now one month old! The couple just recently released new photos of the sweet baby girl and we have been sharing them.
This past month, she celebrated her first Father's Day with her father at just three days old. She also celebrated her first Fourth of July.
Graham is officially one month old.
This past month, he celebrated his mother and sister's birthdays. He also celebrated his parents' anniversary. He also celebrated his first Halloween.
Harvey is now one month old.
This past month, he was able to go home on October 4th. He also has a new baby cousin who was born five days after him. He celebrated his mother's birthday.
William is now one month old.
We can't believe that it has already been a month since this little man was born.
Weston is now a month old!
This past month, he was able to meet his family and friends before celebrating his first Father's Day and his sister's birthday.
Miles is now one month old.
He was able to go home a few days after his birth.

William was in the hospital from October 30th to November 3rd.
William celebrated his parents anniversary just days after his birth. He also celebrated his sister's birthday on November 26th. He also celebrated his first Thanksgiving.
Ryker is now one month old. We have shared many photos of him this past month.

Rhett is now a month old.
Rhett got to meet a few of his aunts and uncles from the Bates family shortly after his birth.
It has been one month since Hailey was born.
She has been meeting family members from both sides of her family. She is currently in Tennesse visiting the Bates family.
Travis and Katie were worried about her Junice levels and her birth weight, but the baby is doing really well.
She recently went on her first airplane ride and did really well.
Kenna is now a month old.
