Update on Kelly Bates

While visiting Papa Bill and Mama Jane, Kelly was admitted to the hospital for a kidney stone and infection. Sadly, it turned septic and went to ICU. 

The family drove down to be with Kelly while she was in the ICU because it was unclear if she would recover. Shortly after prayer and care from the hospital, Kelly turned the corner and had two surgeries. She was sent home from the hospital yesterday.

 Last night,  we shared the wonderful news about William's safe arrival. 

Erin usually delivers her babies right around 35 to 36 weeks. The baby weighed in at 5lbs and 10ozs.

He was born at 5:49am.

Six Mrs. Bates

 A little under two weeks ago, Gil and Kelly welcomed a new daughter-in-law when their son Jackson got married to Emerson Wells. 

Kelly was the first one to join the Bates family when she and Gil got married in 1987. Whitney joined the family in 2013. Followed by Esther in 2021. Tiffany and Lydia joined the family in 2022.
