Recap: Countdown to 'I Do

The girls are going down to Mt. Sterling for the final dress fitting before the wedding. Three of the bridesmaids are not able to make it. It's time to see Tori's wedding dress so Renee reveals the dress to the girls and they all love the grown. Kelly reveals that she is not a huge fan of the dress before the alternations. Tori adds the bling is so awesome. The bridesmaids try on their dresses and they look wonderful.

The boys are currently cutting down small trees for the wedding decorations. Gil adds that whenever a girl gets married, it becomes a family project however they are a little unsure what Tori and Kelly so it has become a guessing game. Once they have it figured it out Kelly changes it. One the trees were a little skinny and she wants a big fluffy tree to be part of the decorations.

Less than a week before the wedding, Kelly takes the trees to the church to see how they will look. Kim (family friend and wedding planner) adds that if it was a wedding beside a Bates wedding, she would have said that it was way behind. She would later add that the Bates weddings are normally running late which is typical.

The Paines are heading to Dr. Vick's office for an ultrasound of baby Everly. Carson says that he is going to hold her hands when he sees Everly on the screen. Dr. Vick says that Erin is healthy and 16 more and she will be there jokily.

Erin reveals that she has said that this baby would be her last but she doesn't know what will happens. She adds that she has to stop looking at newborn babies. She thinks three strikes and she is out.
During his busy work schedule, Bobby sits down at lunch to work on the honeymoon plans. He reveals that they are planning to go Yosemite area. Bobby reveals that he has never planned a vacation or seen a huge amount of snow before.

Kelly and the planning team gather to talk about the wedding. She reveals that she is going to have laser surgery to correct her vision. The surgery is part of 30th anniversary present. She hopes to have the procedure four days before the big day but her sister is a little uneasy.

Kelly heads to the doctors and ends up deciding to wait. The doctor revealed that because Kelly has a thin cornea it will require a type of surgery that will take four to five days to recover.

Carlin and Tori sit down to do a hair trial for Tori's upcoming wedding. Nathan asked his sister if she will put her hair in a bun. He adds that on your wedding day, you should not put your hair up in a bun since you leave it down. Tori reveals that she wants an updo since she doesn't want her hair to take away from her beautiful dress.

Nathan feels strongly about having the hair down for the wedding but says that up hair is great but there are times for that.

Gil and Kelly head out for their romantic dinner at the Old Mill Restaurant in Pigeon Forge. It holds a special place in their heart since that is where they spent their honeymoon. They are celebrating their 30th anniversary.

Just seven days before the wedding, Lawson plays at a Christmas charity concert. Nathan jumps up on the stage to invite Gil and Kelly. He gives them flowers and shares a special message for them. Lawson and Carlin sing one of his original songs "I will always" for the couple.

Kelly reveals that this is not how she pictured her life thirty years ago. She did not want to have children for at least five years however she would not change anything.
