Recap: Beach Blanket Bachelorette

Just a few weeks before Tori's special day, Kelly gathers all the girls expect for Whitney to go have a girls trip on an island on the Gulf. Erin brings her son, Carson, along for the ride since Erin could not leave him behind. Erin reveals that she and Carson do everything together. Alyssa also brings Allie Jane for the fun.

The first day is a Boat ride and the girls are thrilled to see the doplins. They head to the beach. They end up staying on the sand since they see a ton of jellyfish. The girls sit on the blankets to give the kids time to play. The girls give Tori some marriage advice. Alyssa says that it's the survival of the fittest and there is no advice but do your best to survive.

Tori shares some details about the couple's new apartement. It is a two bedroom and almost 1,000 square feet which is bigger than the house that Gil and Kelly shared with eight children. When Gil and Kelly got married, they were able to fit all their things into a small closet.

The girls head to paint sand dollar ornaments at a boutique. Tori reveals that she is not artsy and decides to sit this one out. Kelly reveals that she learned that art is not her talent either. Josie paints a Volkswagen hippie van on hers.

After they finished painting, they head for ice cream. Katie loves ice cream and tells her sister that they can get boyfriends and she will stick to ice cream.

The girls brought gifts for Tori for personal care which has lotion and perfume which acorrding to her sisters that she is obsessed with them.

Back home, The little boys head to help Bobby move out of the camper and into the apartement that he and Tori will share. Judson jokes that Bobby has a lot of stuff.

After they are finished, Bobby meets up with Gil, Lawson, Nathan and Kelton to go to the Veloce indoor go-kart speedway. The go-karts are able to reach up to 50 miles-per-hour.

They decide to have a race and Kelton wins it. Nathan can't believe that he won since he only drives a plumbing van for a living.

During the breaks, fans are able to go behind the scenes with the Bates family. Gil and Kelly introduce executive producer Mattew Hightower and the rest of the crew.

Matt asked the family some questions about the show.

Gil revealed that he never thought that they would make it through the first season and now they are working towards shooting season eight.

Kelly adds that when they heard about the network's goals to be uplifting and encouraging other families. They could support it. Matt reads a few comments from the fans about the show has touched their lives.

Matt later ask Chad, Whitney, and Bobby about what it's like to marry into the family and be part of the show. Chad says that he is still not comfortable with the cameras but it's been an experience and they have fun doing it.

Up next is Carlin, Lawson, Josie and Katie about filming relationships that may or may not end up in marriage. The kids knew that it was part of fair game when they signed up to do the show.

Lawson adds if the viewers are up for 100 more episodes then so is the family but it's up to the viewers.
