She said I can't thank everyone enough for the prayers and encouragement for sweet Brooklyn. ❤️ Her finger started swelling on Friday night, for no apparent reason, so we took her in to check it out, and she started to run a fever as well. The doctors ran multiple tests and started antibiotics, but it only seemed to get worse, so this morning they decided to do surgery on her to release pressure. She is recovering well, and we are still waiting on lab results. The doctors and nurses have been more than wonderful and I am so grateful for everyone love and support. It is really hard on this mom and dad's heart to see our baby in pain. 😢#BrooklynElise

I don't have the UP channel on my cable service so I don't get to watch your show, so I have to keep up with the family right here on Facebook. I didn't realize that this had happened to her until I read this. I am so sorry to hear about this and I will most definitely keep her in my thoughts and prayers.

ReplyDeleteThis reminds me of myself almost 50 years ago. Our first baby girl ( we had 3) developed similar condition @ 18? Mos. She couldn't walk feet swollen. Splotchy rash on body. Termed it erithema multiforma ( reaction to aspirin we'd been giving for fever) I rocked her for 3 days & it finally left PTL. But when given a bath the splotchy skin would return. Today she is healthy w/ 4 kids of her own. God bless your beautiful Brooklyn. Healing will come!! Prayers!!
